1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Beforely application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. Beforely is operated by Velaris Management Group LLC ("VMG", "we", "us").

2. Use of the Application

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use Beforely.
• You agree to use the application only for lawful purposes.
• You may not use Beforely to process, store, or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• You retain ownership of any images you upload. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely to provide the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Beforely offers optional premium subscriptions. All payments are processed through Google Play. Subscription terms, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by Google Play's billing policies. VMG does not directly process payment information.

4. Intellectual Property

All application code, design, branding, and proprietary tools within Beforely are the intellectual property of Velaris Management Group LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Beforely is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the application.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velaris Management Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Beforely.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
